Aluminum honeycomb board is a high strength building material composed of two layers of aluminum plate and aluminum honeycomb core in the middle. Panels are usually sprayed with fluorocarbon paint or polyester paint, aluminum honeycomb panels are used for indoor and outdoor decoration and curtain wall production.

Aluminum honeycomb panel has the characteristics of high rigidity, light weight and high flatness. Because the middle layer of aluminum honeycomb board is air layer, so its vibration reduction, sound insulation, heat insulation performance is good. Aluminum honeycomb panel is an all-aluminum structure, can be recycled, belong to environmental protection and energy saving materials. Aluminum honeycomb panel has been widely used in building materials industry, such as curtain wall, sentry booth, building partition and so on.

Aluminum honeycomb core is made of 1100, 3003 and so on. Aluminum sheet is made of 1100, 3003, 5005 and so on. What kind of material is chosen is determined according to its use.

Aluminum honeycomb panel manufacturing can be broadly divided into three types:

The first: the use of thermoplastic film, the use of plane continuous thermal composite;

The second: the use of room temperature curing polyurethane or epoxy glue, the use of hand paste or spray glue composite;

The third: the use of epoxy film, using hot pressing composite;
